The 25th anniversary of Ultra Music Festival is shaping up to be unforgettable, with an electrifying Phase One lineup featuring global dance music icons like John Summit, Carl Cox, Above & Beyond, Axwell, and Deadmau5.
Ultra Music Festival 2025: Main Stage Highlights
For the first time in Ultra’s history, Axwell—best known as a member of Swedish House Mafia—will deliver a solo Main Stage set. In another highly anticipated debut, John Summit and Dom Dolla will combine forces as Everything Always, marking their first-ever Ultra and Miami performance as a duo. Summit and Dolla, already favorites in the tech-house scene, are set to electrify fans with this collaboration.
The festival will also host the world premiere of Deadmau5 and Pendulum’s back-to-back DJ set, along with Deadmau5’s first-ever “Retro5pective” performance. This set promises a deep dive into his classics, while Pendulum will deliver their signature bass-heavy tracks in a special live performance.
Resistance Megastructure and Beyond
Dance music legend Carl Cox returns to Ultra’s Resistance Megastructure, debuting a brand-new live show to celebrate the festival’s milestone year. A staple of Ultra since its inception, Cox’s comeback after missing last year adds to the anniversary’s significance.
Meanwhile, psytrance fans can rejoice—Ultra will feature its first-ever psytrance stage, curated by Vini Vici’s Alteza Records.
Other standout acts include the return of Above & Beyond after a seven-year hiatus, Richie Hawtin unveiling his live “DEX EFX X0X” show, and the groundbreaking B2B pairing of Solomun and Anyma.
